We reserve the right to amend or modify these Terms as necessary in the course of our business, including for legal, regulatory, or security reasons. In the event of significant changes, we will provide notice; however, we recommend reviewing these Terms whenever you purchase products or access services to ensure your continued agreement. If you do not accept any modifications, please refrain from using our website and services. All changes take effect immediately upon being published on our website.

At Moodra Ltd, your wellbeing and safety are our top priorities. Please read this section carefully before purchasing or using any Moodra physical product, candle, essential oil, or audio recording.

2.1 Safe Use of Audio Recordings

• Alertness Required: Do NOT listen to audio recordings while driving, operating machinery, or engaging in any activity that requires your full attention and alertness. Ensure you are in a safe, quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down safely.
• Medical Disclaimer: Audio recordings are provided for relaxation, meditation, mindfulness, and personal self-care purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical treatment, psychiatric care, or clinical therapy. No medical claims or efficacy guarantees are made.
• Contraindications: If you have a history of epilepsy, seizures, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, psychosis, or any serious neurological or mental health condition, consult a qualified medical professional before using our audio recordings.
• Immediate Discontinuation: Should you experience any physical discomfort, dizziness, emotional distress, or disorientation while listening, stop the recording immediately and return to full waking awareness.

4. PLACING ORDERS, DELIVERY, CANCELLATIONS

After placing an order for goods, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order (the “Order Confirmation”). A binding contract between you and us is established once your order has been dispatched or digital access has been granted.

4.1 Product Description and Packaging

Images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Packaging may vary from shown images.

4.2 Order Acceptance & Modifications

If we are unable to accept your order, we will notify you and will not charge you. Reasons may include product unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery limitations. We are unable to cancel or modify orders during peak promotional periods. To request an order modification, contact Customer Care within 30 minutes of order placement.

4.4. Registering an Account

You may register a personal account to manage orders or access digital audio companion products. Please keep your account credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized access.

4.5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated in Pounds Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. Shipping and packaging fees may apply in addition to product prices. Online payments are processed securely. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, Delta, Electron, and Google Pay. If your card issuer declines payment, we are not responsible for delays or non-delivery.

4.6. Delivery

Delivery times may vary and are fulfilled via Royal Mail or courier. Free Standard UK Delivery applies on qualifying orders over £50. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once goods are delivered.

4.7. Ownership

We retain legal ownership of physical goods until full payment has been received and cleared.

4.8. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Address updates or order cancellations must be submitted within 30 minutes of placing your product order. You may return unused, unopened physical products in their original resalable condition within 28 days for a full refund or exchange. Sealed items opened after delivery cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

4.9 Digital Audio Products & Bundles

Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of digital downloads:

• Standalone Audio Purchases: No refunds are issued once a digital download link or audio access has been generated.
• Candle & Audio Bundles: Where a physical product includes a digital audio recording and the recording access link has been delivered to your email or account, the maximum refund available on returning the physical product is 50% of the total purchase price, as the digital audio portion cannot be returned.

4.10. Re-Sale of Products

Products and digital audio files made available by Moodra Ltd are strictly for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not sell, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit any physical goods or digital recordings.

5. OUR LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, Moodra Ltd is only liable for foreseeable losses directly resulting from our breach of contract. For business customers, total liability is capped at 100% of the price paid for the relevant order.

All audio recordings, text, digital companions, candle designs, graphics, branding, and website content (the “Materials”) remain the exclusive intellectual property of Moodra Ltd and are protected by UK and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access digital audio content for private, non-commercial use only. Unauthorized copying, editing, broadcasting, sharing, or re-distribution is strictly prohibited.

5.2 THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We are not responsible or liable for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party websites linked from moodra.co.uk. Such links are provided for convenience only.

5.3. GENERAL LEGAL PROVISIONS

• Transfer of Rights: We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation, provided your rights are not affected.
• Severability: Each clause of these Terms operates separately. If any court finds a clause unlawful, the remaining clauses remain in full force and effect.
